Estonia: Economic sentiment is unchanged in February
Latest reading: Economic sentiment remained at January’s 93.8 in February. The latest reading was below the long-term average of 100, pointing to a muted near-term outlook for the economy.
In February, sentiment brightened in the services sector (+5.3 vs +4.6 in January), the retail sector (-2.9 vs -5.7 in January) and among consumers (-23.9 vs -24.3 in January). In contrast, sentiment darkened in the industrial sector (-10.2 vs -9.6 in January) and the construction sector (-5.8 vs -5.5 in January).
