Estonia: Industrial production falls in October
Latest reading: Industrial production fell 1.1% on a working day and seasonally adjusted year-on-year basis in October, following a 0.7% rise in the prior month.
Relative to the prior month’s data, the reading for manufacturing worsened in October (-1.5% on a year-on-year basis vs -0.7% in September). In contrast, the reading for mining and quarrying improved in October (+5.4% vs +4.8% in September).
On a seasonally adjusted month-on-month basis, industrial production was up 2.4% in October, following a 1.3% drop in the prior month.
