Lithuania: Industrial production accelerates in November
Latest reading: Industrial production was up 2.6% in annual terms in November, following 1.9% growth in the prior month.
Relative to the previous month’s figures, the reading for manufacturing improved in November (+3.1% on a year-on-year basis vs +1.3% in October). In contrast, readings worsened for mining and quarrying (-2.9% vs +2.1% in October) and electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning (-3.4% vs +13.0% in October).
On a seasonally adjusted month-on-month basis, industrial production increased 5.8% in November, following a 1.1% drop in the prior month.
