Industrial production falls at a faster clip in November
Latest reading: Industrial production was down 10.9% on a year-on-year basis in November, following a 7.4% decline in the prior month. November's reading was the weakest since April 2025. Relative to the previous month's figures, the reading for manufacturing weakened in November (-6.7% on a year-on-year basis vs -6.1% in October). In contrast, the reading for mining improved in November (+13.2% vs -11.8% in October). In seasonally adjusted month-on-month terms, industrial production fell 1.7% in November, following a 2.4% drop in the previous month.
