Bulgaria: Industrial production shrinks more quickly in January
Latest reading: Industrial production fell 10.3% on a year-on-year basis in January, following a 5.7% decline in the previous month.
Relative to the prior month’s figures, readings in January softened for manufacturing (-7.1% in annual terms vs -0.1% in December) and mining (-23.9% vs -21.2% in December).
In seasonally adjusted month-on-month terms, industrial production was down 2.6% in January, following a 0.1% decline in the previous month.
