Colombia: Economic activity slows in October
Latest reading: Economic activity increased 2.9% on a year-on-year basis in October, following a 4.0% rise in the prior month.
Relative to the previous month’s data, readings in October softened for agriculture (+0.3% on a year-on-year basis vs +2.8% in September), industrial (+0.8% vs +3.8% in September) and services (+3.9% vs +4.3% in September).
On a seasonally adjusted month-on-month basis, economic activity increased 0.2% in October, following 1.2% growth in the previous month.
