Croatia: Economic sentiment improves in November
Latest reading: Economic sentiment rose to 106.9 in November, following October’s 106.2. November’s reading was the joint-highest since September 2024. Consequently, the index remained above the long-term average of 100, pointing to a positive near-term outlook for the economy.
In November, sentiment improved in the industrial sector (+4.5 vs +2.6 in October), the construction sector (+16.3 vs +14.1 in October) and the retail sector (+8.8 vs +3.4 in October). However, sentiment worsened in the services sector (+12.4 vs +16.2 in October) and among consumers (-10.5 vs -9.8 in October).
