Croatia: Industrial production returns to growth in October
Latest reading: Industrial production was up 5.5% in calendar-adjusted year-on-year terms in October, following a 0.1% fall in the previous month.
Relative to the prior month’s figures, readings in October improved for mining and quarrying (-1.4% in calendar-adjusted year-on-year terms vs -2.5% in September), electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply (+9.3% vs -14.3% in September) and manufacturing (+5.5% vs +3.2% in September).
In working-day and seasonally adjusted month-on-month terms, industrial production increased 3.1% in October, following a 0.5% rise in the prior month.
