Denmark: Economic sentiment rises in November
Latest reading: Economic sentiment rose to 88.6 in November, following October’s 88.3. That said, the index remained below the long-term average of 100, pointing to a negative near-term outlook for the economy.
In November, sentiment brightened in the services sector (+8.3 vs +7.4 in October) and the retail sector (+3.7 vs +1.7 in October). In contrast, sentiment worsened in the industrial sector (-18.3 vs -18.1 in October), the construction sector (-11.4 vs -9.8 in October) and among consumers (-12.9 vs -12.8 in October).
