Poland: Economic sentiment rises in November
Latest reading: Economic sentiment went up to 99 in November, following October’s 98.5. Still, the index remained below the long-term average of 100, pointing to a muted near-term outlook for the economy.
In November, sentiment brightened in the industrial sector (-15.0 vs -15.6 in October), the construction sector (-17.3 vs -17.5 in October), the services sector (-2.4 vs -3.0 in October) and among consumers (-4.5 vs -4.7 in October). On the flipside, sentiment darkened in the retail sector (-2.6 vs -1.9 in October).
