Turkey: Industrial production rebounds in November
Latest reading: Industrial production increased 2.5% on a seasonally adjusted month-on-month basis in November, following a 0.7% drop in the prior month.
Relative to the previous month’s figures, readings in November improved for manufacturing (+3.1% on a seasonally adjusted month-on-month basis vs -0.8% in October) and energy (-0.5% vs -1.2% in October). In contrast, the reading for mining and quarrying worsened in November (-4.8% vs +1.1% in October).
In annual terms, industrial production increased 2.4% in November, following 2.3% growth in the previous month.
