Latest reading: Retail sales increased 1.0% on a seasonally adjusted month-on-month basis in June, following a 1.2% increase in the prior month. Retailers benefited from promotional campaigns and warm weather, which boosted sales of clothing, outdoor products, and items such as fans. On a year-on-year basis, retail sales increased 4.2% in June, following a 3.5% rise in the previous month.
