Serbia: Industrial production speeds up in June
Latest reading: Industrial production rose 0.8% on a year-on-year basis in June, following 0.3% growth in the prior month.
Relative to the previous month’s figures, the reading for manufacturing improved in June (+2.8% on a year-on-year basis vs +1.6% in May). In contrast, the reading for mining and quarrying worsened in June (-1.1% vs +3.0% in May).
On a seasonally adjusted month-on-month basis, industrial production declined 0.4% in June, following a 1.6% decline in the prior month.
