Hong Kong: Inflation dips in September
Latest reading: Inflation came in at 2.2% in September, down from 2.5% in August, amid lower food and transport prices pressures.
Annual average inflation stayed at July’s 2.0% in August.
Lastly, consumer prices were unchanged in seasonally adjusted month-on-month terms in August, decelerating from the 1.03% increase seen in July. August’s result was the weakest reading since May.
